· Phone or email to check availability and request reservation.
· Print & complete the booking form (please read the booking conditions).
· Post the completed form and deposit to us.
· We will hold your requested date for a period of 10 days to allow time to pay the deposit
· On receiving your form and deposit we will send you, via post or email, confirmation of your booking (until you receive this the booking is not confirmed).
· Ten weeks before your arrival we will send a reminder for the full balance, which is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
· On receipt of your full balance we will send directions and a payment receipt, together with some useful information.
· If at any time you have any questions or wish to request further optional extra services, don't hesitate to contact us.
