THE ACCOMMODATION

 
Originally built in 1666 Le Fresne has been lovingly refurbished to preserve its many period details, and we are now able to offer a house with masses of character and charm, also incorporating all modern comforts. It's the perfect place for pulling together family or friends and is available to groups of up to 14 plus babies.

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen: - The kitchen/dining area has been carefully designed to be open plan and sociable, with a large farmhouse table which seats 14 people. Fully fitted with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a large central island ‘preparation unit’. A utility area houses a washing machine and a further fridge/freezer, ensuring plenty of space for your cool drinks.
Terrace: - Sheltered and secluded at the rear of the house, the covered terrace overlooks the pool and is ideal for outdoor dining.
Bathroom 1: - Ideal for use with the pool and contains shower, W.C. and washbasin.
Lounge: - Large original fireplace, housing log burner. Three sofas for your comfort. A television with English Language channels and DVD player. Plenty of books, DVD’s and games. Open tread stairs to first floor with baby gates top and bottom if required.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms. The first is a double with an extra day bed, then two further doubles in addition to a triple, with a bunk bed and a single bed. There are two bright and cheery bathrooms, one with a bath, sink and loo, and a further bathroom with shower, sink and loo.
Open tread stairs to second floor with baby gates top and bottom if required.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor are 2 further bedrooms, a twin and another double. These rooms have loads of character with exposed beams and trusses.
 
ALL BEDROOMS ARE FURNISHED WITH WARDROBES, STORAGE CHESTS, BEDSIDE TABLES AND LAMPS
