Outside the spacious grounds are fully enclosed. There is a level lawn to the front, and on a higher level to the side of the house is the large orchard with a variety of fruit trees, affording plenty of space for children to run around, but with lots of shade.
There is a football goal net, a small Wendy house, a slide, a basket ball hoop and a triple swing, with gondola, swing and baby swing. You will find plenty of garden furniture and a large brick built barbeque.

To the rear of the house the private solar heated swimming pool 8m x 4m is surrounded by a decked sunbathing terrace and is overlooked by a covered veranda, which is ideal for outdoor dining. The pool is securely fenced with access from the veranda and garden by double locking gates. It can be floodlit at night for late night swims. There is ample garden furniture and a large brick built BBQ.

Within the grounds is a games room with a full size pool table, which proves extremely popular with older children and adults alike.
